We recently bought some ribs through RTC's shopfront (The Cookhouse Store). I had some trouble with the shipping so contacted their customer care team via email and had the problem solved within the hour - fantastic service! Our order turned up on our door only a few days later along with a couple of free items which were also delicious. Will be ordering from them again for sure.
