Originally from Tassie, Gina has now been on the Gold Coast for the past 24 years and is married with chihuahua fur babies. Weekends are spent with her husband Peter and friends exploring the GC beaches, walking tracks and doing yoga. Usually late Sunday afternoons she’s in the kitchen listening to tunes, pouring a wine, banging pots, and experimenting with flavours and ingredients. It is one of Gina’s happy places.
