Originally from New Zealand, Nicole spent six years in Sydney before settling on the Gold Coast. She has been with RTC Foods from the very early stages, and is excited about the growth and direction the company is taking, as well as the brilliant group of people working for RTC Foods Innovation.
Nicole likes spending time with her family, and getting out to enjoy the beautiful Gold Coast with her son and 2 dogs. Nicole prefers selecting the beverages to accompany meals, she happily leaves the cooking to the experts if she can.
