From a farming background, Toby started his working life as a horse trainer working around the world in the thoroughbred industry initially then later in polo. He worked for Kerry Packer managing cattle farms, and after completing an MBA majoring in marketing, he was transferred to their meat company as marketing manager. Since then he has been involved in several businesses developing dedicated supply chains and meat products for foodservice and retail.
Toby enjoys food travel shows and drinking wine while trying to stay healthy – Toby doesn’t believe taste needs to be compromised to eat healthily. In his free time you can find him at the farm with family and friends, or in the kitchen making oven prepared beef rib on the bone with potato bake and carrots roasted in honey.
